About the unitCorewell Health Lemmen Holton Cancer Pavilion is located at 145 Michigan Street on our Medical Mile in Grand Rapids. This role is a direct patient care role in an oncology-specific outpatient infusion center. The clinic see 850-1000 patients per month delivering chemotherapy, supportive care medications, and transfusions. The environment is a 26 chair, complex, fast-paced, appointment-based care clinic.About Outpatient ClinicsCorewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.Scope of workDelivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing Required, Bachelors (BSN) preferred
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan required upon hire
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably as an Infusion RN strongly preferred
