About Mountain Vista Medical Center

Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women\xe2\x80\x99s services.

Position Summary:

The RN OR provides direct and indirect nursing patient care to the patient. Ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. As well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Ability to perform on-call assignment, variable work schedule that will include weekends and holidays. Ability to work effectively with computer based charting and other clinical software programs such as PACS; basic computer skills.

Requirements:

• Arizona RN license in good standing
• BLS/ACLS
• PALS
• PICC Certified
• Knowledge of Interventional radiographic equipment
• Demonstrate proficiency in IV Starts

Preferred:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
• 3 or more years of experience.
• NRP
• Demonstrated ability in placing vascular access devices
• Knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, and Arizona health record requirements
