Job Title: RN - 3W Ortho
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Hours: Full Time (36 Hours Weekly), Day Shift:Our hospital is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join the 3W Ortho team in Anchorage, Alaska. Every day, your care and dedication will make a difference in the lives of our patients as you work to improve their health and recovery.Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the orthopedic unit , including pre-and post-operative care.
• Administer medications, manage pain, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about post-surgical care, mobility, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor patients\' conditions, including vital signs, and respond to changes in status promptly and effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
