The Performance Imporovement Coordinator helps coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program. This includes but is not limited to the following: 1) supporting the corporation\xe2\x80\x99s performance improvement process, 2) identifying performance trends, as well as 3) prioritizing, and recommending improvements. The PI Coordinator also plays a supportive role in ensuring compliance with all The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. The PI Coordinator, as needed, will investigate specific areas of concern as identified by the leadership. The PI Coordinator reports directly to the Performance Improvement Director.Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs oversight, monitoring and compliance with CMS Core measures and FMEA\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Prepare monthly reports for Dir of Performance Improvement (dashboard, data analysis, control charts).
• Serve as a resource for Nursing leadership and staff, and Medical Staff as needed.
• Oversees the ongoing review of the Hospital Wide Policy Committee

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Nevada
• Three to five years clinical experience. PI or QA experience preferred.
