Now Hiring: (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor Baylor Program

Responsibilities of an (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor Baylor Program:

\xc2\xb7 Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.

\xc2\xb7 Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Qualifications of (RN) Registered Nurse Baylor Program:

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently or part of a group.

\xc2\xb7 Computer knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

License:

\xc2\xb7 Must have an active (RN) Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
