DescriptionProvidence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators. An RN Residency with Providence St Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty
