\xc2\xb7 For working night shift, you may receive an additional $2/hour on top of the off-shift differential ($2) for actual hours worked within the night program guidelines.
\xc2\xb7 Must have completed orientation period and have at least 6 months of registered nurse experience to participate.
\xc2\xb7 GNs will have the option to move into the night program once these qualifications are met.

\xc2\xb7 $29.50 (BSN)
\xc2\xb7 $28.00 (non-BSN)
\xc2\xb7 Shift differential: $2.00 (+$2.00 if qualified for night program)
\xc2\xb7 Title and salary will be determined based upon education and nursing experience.
\xc2\xb7 Generous Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000.
\xc2\xb7 $15,000 sign-on bonus available for nurses with 2 or more years of experience.
\xc2\xb7 $10,000 sign-on bonus available for nurses with less than 2 years of experience
\xc2\xb7 Candidates hired into a sign-on bonus eligible role will be asked to make a two-year work commitment.

In our Emergency Department, we have an experienced emergency and trauma team consisting of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff delivering excellent care.
UPMC Altoona\'s Emergency Department offers comprehensive care for minor and major injuries, illnesses, and serious traumas \xe2\x80\x94 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Emergency Department is a 51-bed facility (4 trauma bays included) as we are a Level 2 trauma center. Our specially trained experts provide emergency treatments and access to a wide variety of care for patients experiencing life-threatening: trauma, heart attack, and stroke along with utilizing the UPMC Stroke Telemedicine Program.
Our Registered Nurses provide direct and indirect care to patients utilizing the nursing process, leadership for the nursing team and contribute to the education of a variety of members of the staff and students.
