RN Requirements
- I-9 Documentation
- Valid work authorization
- Two Written Letters of Recommendation
- NYS Nursing License & Registration
- Valid CPR Certification (American Heart Association is a plus)
- MMR Titer Results
- Valid TB Test
- Valid Physical
