- Oversee Patient Care: Ensure safe and efficient patient throughput.
- Optimize Resources: Manage caregivers, equipment, and supplies effectively.
- Single Point of Contact: Coordinate patient transfers and placements.
- Promote Patient Satisfaction: Lead by example to ensure quality care.
- Operational Oversight: Provide leadership for all departments during your shift.
- Collaborate: Work with the Administrator on Call for after-hours issues.
- Licensure: Alaska Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- Certification: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Experience: 1+ year as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role; 5+ to 7 years preferred
