Job Description
For designated shift, facilitates optimal utilization of nursing staff. Provides administrative/clinical supervision and consultation; serves as resource in emergency situations; promotes problem-solving approach for the purpose of conflict resolution; collaborates with the Nursing Directors. Functions in capacity of the Senior Vice President for Patient Care Services when the Senior VP is not on site.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing; masterxe2x80x99s degree in psychiatric nursing or BSN degreeLicensure:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsSkills/Experience:MSN xe2x80x93 18 months experience in psychiatric inpatient settingBSN xe2x80x93 3 years experience in a psychiatric setting.
