We care for a wide variety of patients with various surgical, medical, and psychosocial needs, making it a great place to develop skills and solidify your base in nursing practice. We see a variety of traumas, surgical cases, head to toe procedures, with exceptions of: Neuro, Cardiac, and Thoracic. If your passion is post-op and post trauma management, this would be the unit for you. Some of our other commonly treated diagnoses include sepsis; cellulitis; UTI; patients who are post-procedure; and acute exacerbation of chronic medical conditions, such as various respiratory conditions, kidney or liver disease, and diabetes.What we are known for: Our unit is known for its teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. We prioritize high quality; patient centered care and we accomplish this through strong teamwork. Our nursing staff works closely with hospitalists, Rehab therapists, and social workers to develop each patient\'s individualized plan of care.   • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
