As the Women\xc2\x92s & Children\xc2\x92s Services RN Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of exceptional patient care within our specialized department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of compassionate nursing professionals, ensuring top-notch patient care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Monitoring departmental budgets, resource allocation, and maintaining quality standards.
- Mentoring and developing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor\xc2\x92s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field (Master\xc2\x92s preferred).
- License: Active RN license in Nevada
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Women\xc2\x92s & Children\xc2\x92s Services and 3 years of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
