Hillcrest Healthcare\'s facility and equipment is clean and well maintained by staff--many of whom have worked at the facility 10+ years.
Nurse to resident ratios is consistently better than in other facilities in the area and the acuity level is low.
Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking a charge nurse for day shift. The position is 12-hour shifts with a set schedule and no rotating weekends.
Duties include:
Direct the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and established facility policies and procedures.
Participates in the admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
Observes for changes in resident status, notifying the physician, resident representatives and documenting accordingly.

Qualifications:
Must have a current Tennessee RN/LPN license.
