Our growing company is based in Jerome, Idaho, seeking an experienced Robotics service/Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be able to participate in all phases of our automated systems life cycle, including design, development, testing, installation, start-up, and support. The candidate will need to understand our system\'s benefits and be committed to the development, application, and enforcement of our automated systems.

• Maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry
• Biweekly maintenance on all six systems
• Weekly brush changes
• Monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators
• Set shift work hours and days.
• Must be comfortable working dairy environment
• May require occasional on-call shifts

Requirements

• Ability/willingness to develop the required skill set to complete necessary maintenance.
• Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, implementation, and support.
• Mechanical mindset.
• Must have PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Work with chemicals (Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine).
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects and workloads.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Be the face of Our company.
• Self-motivated.
• Time Management Skills.
• Complete and submit paperwork on time.
• Work independently and with team members.
• Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting electrical systems using wiring diagrams and test equipment.
• Flexibility with work hours and days.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a clean record.
• Upkeep of onsite company vehicles and equipment.
• Working dairy environment (around cows and manure).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
