- You have current, valid RN License for the State of New Jersey
- You have a valid D.L. & personal vehicle with insurance
- You can pass a criminal background check & drug test
- You have complete Covid Vaccination Documentation?
- You have a current TB Test/Clearance?

Responsibilities:
In this emotionally rewarding role you will be building relationships with facilities and cases managers to discharge patients to Brightstar care services as they transition to in-home care.
You\'ll keep your RN skills sharp as your professional talents will be utilized as needed.
