Job Overview:


We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, providing roofing estimates for both roof repairs and replacements, and driving sales growth through effective customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of roofing systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Not required to have experience in roofing we can train you as long as you hungry to make MONEY!! THIS POSITION IS FOR PEOPLES THAT WANT TO MAKE LOTS OF MONEY AND WANTS TO HAVE FINANCIAL FREEDOM !

Key Responsibilities:


Client Consultations & Estimates:

Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess their roofing needs, provide accurate and detailed estimates for roof repairs or full replacements, and offer solutions that best suit the client's budget and requirements.

Site Inspections:

Conduct on-site evaluations of roof conditions, including inspecting for damage, wear, and structural integrity, and using industry tools to assess the extent of required work.

Sales Presentations:

Present and explain product options, warranties, and services to potential clients. Educate clients on roofing materials, benefits, and the repair/replacement process.

Proposal & Contract Preparation:

Prepare and deliver written proposals and contracts for roofing projects. Ensure all terms are clearly outlined and that the client understands the scope of work.

Project Coordination:

Work with project managers and crews to ensure that jobs are scheduled and completed on time and within the estimated scope.

Follow-Up & Customer Service:

Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after the roofing project. Address any questions or concerns and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


Experience:

Previous experience in roofing sales, construction sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and repair processes. Ability to assess roof conditions and recommend appropriate solutions.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and create tailored proposals for customers.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical roofing concepts in simple terms for clients.

Organizational Skills:

Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple leads, appointments, and ongoing projects.

Customer-Focused:

A customer-first mindset with a dedication to providing high-quality service and building long-term relationships.

Technology:

Comfortable using CRM software, estimating tools, and basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
1099 contract Bonus opportunities Commission pay
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
