Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Paint and Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience in paint and body repair techniques to include fiberglass repair, body panel repair/replacement, coloring blending and cutting & buffing. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Perform fiberglass repair, body panel repair/replacement and other necessary bodywork. Execute auto body repairs, including welding and sheet metal work, ensuring all repairs meet safety standards. Operate and maintain paint and body repair equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle. Assist in detailing RVs to enhance their appearance before delivery to customers.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in recreational vehicle and auto body repair. Proficiency in welding and sheet metal work is highly desirable. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks. Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous. Competence in auto estimating for repair costs and timeframes. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Overtime Weekends as needed
