$56/hr Local or $48/HR non-local with perdiem Perdiem: $125/Day on seven days of over 50 miles from Montgomery, AL

Completion Bonus:

$150/month

Project Scope:

Oversee the safety of a structural steel contractor on a new data center build. Responsibilities include:

JSAs Site Walks Audits Safety enforcement
####

Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years in construction safety management with data center/structural steel experience

Certifications:

+ OSHA 510 (required)
+ BCSP or 4-year safety degree (preferred)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations. Provide safety training as needed. Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices. Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence. Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required.

Skills & Knowledge:

Skills:

+ Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ OSHA outreach training experience (a plus)
+ Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Knowledge:

+ Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
+ Effective communication of EHS principles
