Applicants not meeting these requirements will not be considered for employment.Performs professional level duties involving security contract oversight, vendor contract compliance monitoring/audits, multiple Safety and Security related disciplines and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) compliance programs for the RTC and its vendors related to Safety and Security regulations.FLSA STATUS: ExemptWorking Conditions: May work shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.REQUIREMENTSEducation and Work Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field and two (2) years of demonstrated full-time professional-level experience in administering safety and security compliance programs, one year of which was in a lead capacity.Licensing and Certification: Must possess Nevada OSHA 30 (General Industry, 29CFR Part 1910) at time of application or within six (6) months of date of hire. Must possess and maintain a valid Class C Driver's License at the time of application.Background Investigation: Employment with the Regional Transportation Commission in this position is contingent upon the results of a comprehensive background investigation, including qualifying education/experience verification, social security trace, criminal history records review, and driving history records check.Required Forms:1.
