The ERP (Sage Intacct) Process Analyst for a 100% Remote role. The ERP Process Analyst (EA) is responsible for supporting the continued success of clients through post-implementation enhancements to client environments. Understanding each assigned client environment and strategic business goals will allow the ERP Process Analyst to provide solutions based on client requests, and also offer recommendations based on Sage Intacct\xe2\x80\x99s quarterly release schedule. The ERP Process Analyst is a team player who also works well independently and has a passion for improving processes, learning new technologies,and helping others succeed.

Sage Intacct Analyst


The ERP Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional support for new and existing Sage Intacct implementations. Using prior experience, training, and education, the ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication and work closely with customers and other Sockeye team members to map data from one system to another using standardized data import templates. You must understand accounting principles and have experience identifying outliers in financial data to be effective in this role.

Interpersonal Functions:




  • Collaborate with teams and customers to implement ERP software according to Sockeye\'s methodology for timely and budgeted delivery.
  • Lead role in multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Manage workload across multiple projects.
  • Conduct requirements definition discussions.
  • Design solutions.
  • Configure software.
  • Perform unit and integration testing.
  • Conduct training for customer end-users, linking system functionality to business requirements.
  • Analyze complex business processes and translate customer requirements into solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial and accounting functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for efficient data mapping and migration.
  • Use standard csv file uploads or API tools for large data set uploads.
  • Expertise in translating accounting data in Excel.
  • Design and build light customizations using Platform Services.
  • Aid in designing customizations to address functionality gaps.
  • Assist in the conceptual design and architecture of advanced solutions.
  • Identify product or process inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to team knowledge repository with best practices and lessons learned.
  • Define and manage customer check-in schedules with the Account Manager.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in reporting/dashboarding and automation.
  • Understand integrations and create mappings with 3rd party applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of 3rd party applications to support technical solutions.
  • Document customer requirements into software solutions utilizing Sockeye\xe2\x80\x99s best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to customer technical issues.
  • Provide outreach on new/updated functionality for client benefit.
  • Identify financial data outliers.
  • Build industry-specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards.
  • Convey project status, schedule changes, and scope to clients.
  • Demonstrate project coordination expertise and project management methodologies.
  • Build and maintain project plans, coordinate resourcing on tasks.
  • Coordinate project team meetings.
  • Identify risks and escalate as necessary.
  • Create status reports and manage client status calls.
  • Stay current with industry trends and seek applicable solutions.
  • Handle additional assignments as requested by management.






Qualifications:




  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP systems and data uploads.
  • Accounting experience with solid understanding of financial software.
  • Advanced Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License Required.
