Main Responsibilities



This position will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Build on new territories with a primary focus on recruiting new customers Provide amazing customer service through the entire ordering process and retain robust relationships with current accounts Oversee and work inter-departmentally on all orders, from the initial design idea to the final product delivery Serve as a liaison between the customer and the art and production departments Meet with customers to create new design ideas and plan semester-long orders for events, traveling to set-up multiple face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients Conduct cost analysis and pricing on each order Manage sales of online products by loading jobs on e-commerce website
