SUMMARY
The role of the Sales Account Relationship Associate is to represent the Pella brand, products, and services by building relationships with the key influencers within an assigned territory. Responsible for selling activities related to generating sales and reaching defined goals within an assigned territory(ies) and/or account(s). Provides the communication link between the customer, outside sales, and the company, ensuring the customer receives full benefit of Pella\xe2\x80\x99s products and services. An Inside Sales Specialist visits accounts to cement relationships, provides trainings, and increases market share. Tier progression competitiveness will be evaluated at the end of the fiscal year. Progressions will be approved by sales leadership based on the duties outlined below.
