As a Sales Administrative Assistant at Zynex Medical, you will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales-related activities. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination of Expenses:
  • Reviewing sales expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verifying clerical accuracy of expenses and support documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of expense approvals to be in line with promised pay periods.
  • Respond to inquiries made by employees regarding expense reimbursements.
Day-of Coordination of Sales Events:
  • Coordinate and assist with the organization of sales events, including TM Region Visits, Trainings, and incentives.
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of these events run smoothly.
Office Supplies Management:
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary office materials to support daily operations.
Second-in-Command (2IC) for Receptionist:
  • Provide backup support for the receptionist when needed, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
  • Undertake various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Sales Executive Assistant, Sales Trainers, and ZELT (Zynex Executive Leadership Team).
Experience & Education Required:
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative or office support roles is required. This could include experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar positions.
  • Customer Service Experience: A background that demonstrates customer service experience, including interactions with customers, colleagues, or partners, is beneficial.
  • Event Coordination (Preferred): Experience in coordinating events, such as meetings, trainings, or incentives, would be advantageous.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
  • Professional office environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
  • Proficient use of office equipment: computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
