• Coordinates with customers, regional sales managers and 3rd party sales representatives to support site visits.
• Confers with manufacturing to assure processes, techniques and time schedule will meet customer needs.
• Analyses history of projects won and lost to identify trends
• Responds quickly and accurately to all customer questions.
• Tracks department key performance indicators; analyzes trends and data points and provides insightful input based on factual data to the sales and operations leaders for strategic planning and execution.
• Be the primary point of contact for visitors. Be the face of the business and answer incoming calls.
• Support all functions and office administrative requirements as needed.
• Ad hoc business reporting and analysis as needed.
• General office administration and support for senior staff.

Who we are looking for.

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in a sales administration
• Externally focused with a drive to fully understand and meet customer needs.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, resourcefulness, clear thinking, self-motivation and proven leadership capabilities.
• Candidate must have strong oral & written communication skills in English to include the ability to provide group presentations and capable to coordinate highly technical discussions with product development and project engineering teams - further languages are a plus.
• Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• General understanding of packaging industry and regulations as well as the basics of filling & capping machines and applications .
• Computer Skills - Proficient with MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Syteline ERP, Salesforce.com CRM.
