We are looking for a highly motivated, positive Sales Administrator to join our team. You will assist our Project Managers/Outside Sales Representatives in their day-to-day operations, ensuring our new and potential customers receive the highest level of service possible.

A day in the life of the SC Sales Assistant includes:

\xc2\xb7 Scheduling in home consultations for Project Managers coming from inbound requests.

\xc2\xb7 Processing sales orders and scheduling system installations.

\xc2\xb7 Closing installed jobs in system.

\xc2\xb7 Performing customer follow up calls to ensure satisfaction with system installations.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with sales and marketing campaign execution and reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Support billing and collections for install jobs.

Qualifications & Skills for Success:

\xc2\xb7 Professional sales administration or sales operations experience preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Highly responsive to needs of sales team and customers.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates excellent customer service.

\xc2\xb7 Must be personable and professional.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and organized with follow up skills.
