Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Sales Agent.
You will take inbound calls from potential customers to educate and help them make decisions that meet their wants and needs.
What you will do:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Work in a Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to document and update customer wants
- Make and use strategies to help customers with their wants
- Understand and inform customers about Balance of Nature products and services
- Route customers to needed teams
- Work with many teams to hit quota and goals
- Engage and improve your skills through training and team feedback
- Communication and listening skills
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Adaptability, dependability, and organization skills
- Detail-oriented and team-focused approach
- Knowledge of Balance of Nature products
- Experience in sales and handling objections

Schedule: Monday through Friday (some Saturdays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
