  • Pricing & sales process expert for NA region
  • Ensure consistent application of CDs and 2WP processes: consult sales team and act as interface to the HQ in JP
  • SE3 calculation for NA OEM\'s for safety products
  • Support consistent pricing strategy and pricing landscape for safety products in cooperation with sales & PRM
  • Coordinate VPZ & ISAC planning process for NA OEM\'s & ensure data quality and consistency
  • Support CF planning:
  • Special revenue planning incl. IFRS15 requirements
  • Volume & price planning, PCR
  • Support successful Salesforce rollout as main contact & key user for the sales team in the US
  • Support calculation of raw material pricing adjustments as needed for customers using Material Escalation Clause
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ yrs experience in sales or sales controlling (SCC, SCP)
  • 3+ yrs experience sales and planning tools including Salesforce, QUO and iGPM
  • Willingness to take responsibility and drive change in an international environment
  • Very good English language skills, communicative & team player
  • Strong analytical skills & motivation to learn
  • Interest in striving for improvement and standardization of internal processes.
