Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell product and services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers Accurately input phone and in-store orders of beautiful, fresh-cut floral bouquets and gifts to meet customer expectations Establish, develop, and maintain positive internal and customer relationships Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments (design, delivery, processing, administration) Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continually improve Follow communication procedures, guidelines and store policies
Desirable Skills

Proven work experience as a sales representative Excellent knowledge and ability to learn point-of-sales systems Familiarity with sales techniques and practices Ability to build productive professional relationships and openness to feedback Excellent selling, communication and creativity skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time Ability to juggle a high-volume at high-volume times, and maintain organizational processes
