We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with experience in technical, retail, or electronics sales. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
## Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and support
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Process transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Assist customers with product selection in various departments such as electronics, wireless, or grocery
## Experience
- Previous experience in technical, retail, or electronics sales preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with upselling techniques
