Be part of the Mint Cannabis journey and see the difference!Job SummaryOur Budtender's provides patients and customers with education and information about medical and recreational cannabis and its uses while providing amazing customer service. At times a Budtender's have the opportunity to be exposed to inventory control, by participating in shelf restock, and product go-backs. We are seeking strong interpersonal, sales driven, individuals with the interest in growing personally and professionally within our organizationPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check-in, verify the status and report patient allotment on AZDHS system.
  • Provides patients and customers with educated recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Assists patients and customers with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Processes patients and customers orders and payments utilizing Dutchie software.
  • Operate, maintain and close cash till and deposit end of daily earnings.
  • Manage and assist with inventory replenishing.
  • Assists management staff with daily operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the
  • Arizona Department of Health Services, (Obtain a Facility Agent Card)
  • Valid Arizona Drivers License or Passport
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of the uses of cannabis and different methods of medicating.
  • Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the Arizona market.
  • General knowledge of cannabis product regulations including dispensing procedures and allotment limits.
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems while assisting patients.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Positions availableCompensation: 14.70 + Tips (No Tip Pool) non-exemptBenefits:
