Job Description
Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding and selecting jewelry items
- Process cash transactions and operate cash register
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves Skills: - Cash handling experience, including operating a cash register
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
