Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for conducting thorough discovery on prospective clients, identifying their unique financial needs, and effectively selling a scope of engagement that aligns with their requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and potential ROI from engagement.
Develop tailored solutions and proposals that address the specific needs of each client, including accounting software products, merchant services, payroll solutions, and software support.
Collaborate with internal technical experts to present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our financial solutions to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and differentiate them from competitors in the marketplace.
Navigate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable engagements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
Preferred skills, experience, and knowledge:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
