Big Isle Moving and Draying, a subsidiary of Coleman Worldwide Moving, the largest agent for Allied Van Lines, is seeking a highly motivated Moving Consultant for our Kapolei, Oahu and Hilo, HI markets.

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant has the responsibility as a Sales Professional to represent the company and produce bookings for our service centers and promote the Coleman Worldwide brand to create self-generated business. We provide many company leads to assist in generating business. The sales person is tasked with increasing the revenues and the profits of the Service Center. We offer a paid training program and our compensation package allows a motivated applicant to enhance their income possibilities. For the successful salesperson, the sky is the limit. Compensation range is $55K-$80K depending on qualifications and work experience. This is also a commission based position and a motivated sales professional can make more than their base salary.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Conduct physical surveys and customer analysis per appointment set Perform estimates and close business on all leads assigned Prospect for new customers Follow up and attempt to close all pending customers Develop account business to assure a continuing stream of business and revenue

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of basic computer software Interpersonal communication Verbal and written skills Multitasking Ability to operate an iPad, laptop and desktop computer Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Required Education and Experience:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in the moving industry, real estate or outside sales experience is helpful, but not required. Will train the right individual High School diploma and or GED is required.

Working Conditions:

Indoors/Outdoors Office Environment Sitting and driving for long periods of time Frequent use of an iPad and or computer Frequent use of telephone Frequent use of car
