Salary plus Commission

The Sales Counselor is responsible for direct sales of Independent Living units to successfully achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of sales or marketing experience required
  • Bachelor\'s degree in related field preferred
  • Previous real estate or retirement community sales experience preferred
  • Must relate well to team members, residents and visitors
  • Strong problem-solving skills required
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer support
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Responsible for managing leads and sales to achieve goals.
  • Exhibits professionalism at all times.
  • Completes tour, application and sales process with potential leads.
  • Utilizes marketing database.
  • Ensures all prospects receive appropriate follow up.
  • Endorses community in positive way to the greater community.
