Job Description

Job Overview As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. Duties - Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure performance goals are met - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management - Lead business development efforts to acquire new customers - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives - Provide technical sales support to customers as needed Experience - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a technical sales environment - Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and make data-driven decisions - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets - Experience in outside sales and market expansion is a plus - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
