job summary:
A prominent, privately owned company in the industrial air filtration industry is seeking a Sales Manager to work out of the Sumter, SC area. The Sales Manager manage the company\'s sales function, including developing the company\'s sales strategy and coaching and mentoring account managers. This role will work closely with the marketing consultant to develop a marketing strategy and grow sales through marketing. This position is salaried in the six figure range ($130K for qualified candidates), plus opportunity to earn additional bonuses!

- Build an inside sales team
- Coach and mentor inside sales people on proactive prospecting through inside sales
- Work with an outside marketing agency to develop a marketing strategy for the company
