About The Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a State, Local and Education (\xe2\x80\x98SLED\xe2\x80\x99) Sales Operations Analyst to join our Public Sector Sales Operations team. The SLED Sales Operations Analyst will have demonstrated success in partnering with sales leaders, with proven skills in relationship building with internal stakeholders, ad hoc reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and complex deal support. As a key member of the Public Sector Sales Operations team, the SLED Sales Operations Analyst will leverage a high degree of business acumen to: objectively partner with and guide the sales team on current performance and opportunities; be a key stakeholder in the deal review process; and actively engage in the largest commercial opportunities to deliver customer value and success while maximizing business yields for CrowdStrike.

This position requires an individual who can balance competing priorities and who thrives in an extremely dynamic, rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment, often working under tight deadlines with changing requirements.

What You\'ll Do:

Partner with CrowdStrike Territory Operations team and Sales Leadership on Fiscal year Sales Territory Planning & Deployment activities.

Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics to internal stakeholders to help drive business transformation and decision making

Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, and maximize customer success and value for CrowdStrike.

Tie sales goals back to sales activity needed to generate required pipeline targets.

Monitor and optimize SLED sales performance by comparing and analyzing results against plan to improve sales productivity.

Support the development and tracking of sales programs and theatre discretionary SPIFs.

Provide opportunity deal level and customer specific guidance, advice, and evaluations to ensure value creation and realization for both external and internal stakeholders.

Build, maintain & automate SLEDs weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting activities in partnership with SLED Sales & Sales Operations Leadership.

Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline process, ensuring accuracy of opportunities and integrity of other data within the Salesforce system.

Develop and enhance effective working relationships with the global and regional functions across CrowdStrike to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the SLED business in delivering value to customers and to the company.

Optimize sales performance by identifying effectiveness of teams and improving sales productivity.

Hold SLED Sales accountable to follow CrowdStrike\xe2\x80\x99s Opportunity Management Operating Principles and Salesforce Hygiene requirements.

Engage with CrowdStrike Sales Enablement team to support sales onboarding and ongoing sales enablement activities and programs, including adoption and utilization of CrowdStrikes Sales Tools & Capabilities.

Act as primary liaison for SLED Sales to various departments and enhance collaboration and consistency within the organization.

Identify improvements to Salesforce, Systems and Processes

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business or Finance

A minimum of 3+ years of business experience in the technology sector.

Experience with Salesforce.com required

MS Excel power user

Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, DOMO)

Ability to quickly synthesize data and provide recommendations. Perform well under pressure.

Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

Must possess a proactive high energy, positive, results oriented management style that promotes open communication and collaborative problem resolution.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ability to work in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate\xe2\x80\x99s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
