We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Tech / Sales Porter to join our team. As a crucial member of our dealership, you'll not only help keep our lot and vehicles in top shape but also play a key role in enhancing our customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves cars, enjoys variety, and takes pride in supporting a dynamic team.
What You'll Do
:
Vehicle Preparation
: Clean, polish, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display.
Lot Organization
: Collaborate with the Used Car Manager to keep our lot organized and visually appealing.
Customer Shuttle
: Safely transport customers and vehicles to various locations as needed.
Event Support
: Help set up and run customer appreciation events, and assist with race team events.
Photography Prep
: Assist our staff photographer in preparing cars for marketing photos, ensuring they look their best.
Sales Team Support
: Support our sales professionals with various tasks to elevate the customer experience.
Building & Grounds Maintenance
: Perform light building maintenance and assist with snow removal to keep our dealership safe and welcoming.

Qualifications
:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to drive a manual transmission.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to pass background checks; we're a smoke- and drug-free workplace.
