Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team and handle customer service issues. This position requires professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The company provides comprehensive training, so we're looking for energetic professionals who enjoy interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions. Make customer feel at ease while they are contacting the company. Promptly and accurately answer customer inquiries. Provide information to customers to resolve technical issues and provide assistance with products and services. Help customers understand benefits of our products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
