Our Incora Story is really taking off xe2x80x93 wexe2x80x99d love you to join us for the journey.We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as Sales Representative III.As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.The Sales Representative III has a strongly developed specialist knowledge about product, suppliers, and market competition; is proficient and competent in negotiation, analysis and market development; and is judicious in resolving complex account issues. Organization, execution and application of sales initiatives, policies and programs directly support business plans and strategic objectives in meeting annual company and individual goals. The Sale Representative III will provide support and assistance to outside sales, internal sales, operations, purchasing, quality and finance personnel, as requested; and in support of succession planning, this intermediate level position mentors Sales Representatives I and II and Sales Administrators.Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

These services may be internal, off-site or within a high-profile environment, and require professional interpersonal skills and demeanor, as well as confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.About YouEssential Duties and Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Know, understand and incorporate Incora philosophy, value and vision, and Sale initiatives and policies in all behavior, practice and decisionsxc2xb7 Develop specialist knowledge to become an "expert" in Incora suppliers, products lines, quality standards, customer requirements, competition and marketsxc2xb7 Demonstrate a strong understanding of Incora's pricing and delivery schedulesxc2xb7 Review, understand and respond to basic long-term pricing agreementsxc2xb7 Work directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to inquiries and requests; and resolving complex account issues with urgency and efficiencyxc2xb7 Maintain and develop new and existing Incora customers through professional and appropriate sales methodsxc2xb7 Source products when necessary, based on Incoraxe2x80x99s best practicesxc2xb7 Ensure adherence to customer approvals and quality requirementsxc2xb7 Understand and follow export compliance requirementsxc2xb7 Understand and utilize the internal data and information systems and Incora Intranet to effectively perform job functionsxc2xb7 Provide support and assistance to Sales Branches, Internal Sales, Corporate Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Finance and other departments as needed to resolve sales related effortsxc2xb7 Recognize when negotiation may produce sales opportunities and utilize effective negotiation skillsxc2xb7 Participate in and practice continuous improvement and/or process improvement effortsxc2xb7 Process contract bids with minimal guidancexc2xb7 Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of expansionxc2xb7 Train and mentor Level I and Level II Sales Representativesxc2xb7 Build and follow a personal development plan through the use of Intranet tools and programs, sales training programs, self-assessment tools, and relevant training coursesxc2xb7 Participate in external/internal customer meetingsxc2xb7 Attend regular and impromptu sales meetings and company-sponsored training and events, as requiredxc2xb7 May travel, as requiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education, Experience and Qualificationsxc2xb7 EducationEducated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)Bachelor's degree, preferably within the Marketing or Supply Chain fields, or 4-6 years of a combination of education and relevant work experience in sales, is requiredxc2xb7 ExperienceSales or Customer Service experience with the aerospace industry is preferredProven ability to work well within a team environment to produce positive resultsDemonstrated ability to communicate in a professional manner and persevere through completion of tasksProven ability to learn and obtain technical product details and ability to communicate requirement and specifications effectivelyProven ability to train, motivate and mentor less experienced Sales Representatives to excellenceQualificationsStrong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with emphasis in Quality and Customer ServiceAbility to interact professionally across all levels of the organizationMust possess a strong technical acumen to read and comprehend technical specifications and requirementsAbility to be detailed oriented and perform basic to complex researchExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customersStrong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in the use of integrated database systems and report writing software; as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word
