Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Outside Flooring Sales Representative
with an existing book of business to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on building and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new sales, servicing existing accounts, and providing expert guidance on flooring solutions.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your existing network and prospect new clients to generate flooring sales.
Conduct on-site consultations, measure spaces, and recommend the best flooring options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing your sales pipeline effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside flooring sales
with a strong track record of closing deals.
Existing book of business
with established industry relationships.
Knowledge of different flooring materials, installation processes, and market trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

Qualifications
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Proven sales experience, particularly in B2B and outside sales
Familiarity with account management and business development strategies
Proficient in using CRM and other sales technologies
Experience in Commercial,Retail and Multi family sales
Ability to conduct product demos and analyze sales data
