Position: Sales Executive
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)
Compensation: $45-60K Base Salary DOE + Commission (Expected Total Comp: $60-150k DOP + in Year 1)
Target Revenue: $15K/month within 3 months; $40K/month run rate within 9 months
Key Performance Indicator: Backlog created through quote creation. Monthly Target of $500k in new pipeline entered from customer orders and new business generation.

We are looking for a driven and strategic Client Support rockstar to support & expand our footprint in luxury residential construction and high-end remodeling. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-value clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network. Network. Network.
Build, expand, and cultivate professional, authentic relationships with industry professionals, leaders and influencers.
Engage with luxury homebuilders, remodelers, architects, and developers at sensible touchpoints.
Actively participate in industry events, networking groups, and local real estate meetups.
Maximize referrals by nurturing connections with existing clients and partners.
Become the go-to contact for BIM & VDC solutions in high-end construction.
2. Business Development & Prospecting
Target Market: Luxury home construction and high-end residential remodeling in affluent neighborhoods (Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Silver Leaf, Desert Mountain in Arizona; Las Vegas/Henderson in Nevada).
Identify & Develop Relationships with:
Luxury General Contractors (New Build & Remodel)
Boutique Developers (Single-Family & Multi-Family)
Interior Designers & Architects
Homeowners & Landowners
Farming: Leveraging Existing Networks
Mine LinkedIn and HubSpot CRM for luxury builders, remodelers, and boutique developers.
Develop and maintain key relationships with existing and potential high-value clients.
Engage in luxury community events to foster relationships.
Hunting: Identifying New Opportunities
Drive through luxury neighborhoods to spot active construction/remodeling projects.
Use MLS listings and real estate data to track high-end projects.
Engage directly with builders, architects, and property owners.
3. Sales Outreach & Pipeline Management
Farming Strategy
Initiate conversations via personalized LinkedIn messages, emails, and event invites.
Provide ongoing value through blogs, pricing updates, and industry insights.
Hunting Strategy
Immediate outreach after identifying a project to set up an intro call with Craydl's Founder, Adam Katz.
Craydl is a problem solver--reducing change orders (which typically add 25-30% to project costs) through high-precision preconstruction planning.
Sales Qualification (BANT Framework)
Budget: Understand project volume, impact of change orders, and margin loss.
Authority: Identify key decision-makers managing budgets and profitability.
Need: Assess preconstruction challenges, interior design selection pain points, and growth aspirations.
Timing: Gauge upcoming projects that would benefit from Craydl's services.
4. Sales Process Execution
Conduct Capabilities Presentations tailored to the client's luxury project needs.
Prepare & Send Proposals through HubSpot:
Utilize pre-approved proposal templates.
Configure service line items based on scope and project size.
Send proposals via HubSpot's eSignature tool.
Negotiate & Iterate proposals based on client feedback.
Close Deals & Manage Contracts
Update HubSpot CRM with all sales activities, contacts, and deal status.
Handoff signed agreements to Operations & Accounting for project setup.
5. CRM & Sales Analytics
Track and Log all sales activity (calls, emails, meetings, proposals) in HubSpot.
Analyze sales trends to refine outreach strategies and target high-performing prospecting methods.
Maintain a disciplined sales cadence to meet revenue objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales (preferably in construction, architecture, real estate, or technology).
Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with prospecting, direct outreach, and closing deals.
Relationship-Driven: Strong networker with the ability to build trust and credibility with luxury homebuilders, architects, and developers.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing strategies.
Strategic Thinker: Can identify pain points in preconstruction and position Craydl as the solution.
Self-Motivated & Accountable: Operates with urgency and is driven by revenue targets.
