We're a leading stone fabricator specializing in high-quality natural and engineered stone products, is seeking a motivated and experienced

Sales Agent

to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base, driving sales, and providing exceptional service to both new and existing clients in the residential and commercial construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and manage inbound leads to drive business growth.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners to ensure continued business.

Product Knowledge:

Provide detailed information about our stone products (granite, marble, quartz, etc.), fabrication processes, and installation services.

Quoting and Negotiations:

Prepare and present detailed quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements with customers.

Project Management:

Oversee the project from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights and adjust sales strategies as needed.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the Moraware.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or stone fabrication industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of stone products and industry trends is a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous experience using Moraware software is a plus.

Pay: $65,250.00 - $125,000.00 per year
