Zoom Auto Protect is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a proven track record in lead generation, account management, and business development. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Duties

Develop and implement effective car warranty sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base. Provide warranty quotes to potential customers showcasing our warranty solutions and their benefits to potential clients. Manage accounts by maintaining regular communication and ensuring customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sales industry. Strong understanding of closing techniques and account management practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and customer needs effectively. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results.

Pay: $73,449.00 - $84,834.00 per year
