The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Sales Trainee Associate for our Workplace Solutions division. This position is part of our Workplace Solutions Sales Development Program that starts in Summer 2024. The program will take place in White Plains, NY; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Cincinnati, OH; Columbia, MD; Franklin, TN; Houston, TX; Seattle, Washington; Walnut Creek, California; Fort Lauderdale, FL or in one of our Lincoln offices, and you must be available in one of these locations.
About the Program
The Workplace Solutions Sales Development Program is approximately a year in duration to prepare eager, sales driven individuals for sales roles within our company. The goal is to accelerate the growth of associates within the program by providing them with a robust training curriculum, mentorship, and a formal apprenticeship to take charge and further their career in sales at Lincoln Financial Group. At the end of the program, participants will be given their own sales territory within the Workplace Solutions business which could require relocation.
