Job Overview:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for leading the customer interface and the advanced sales function. They will solve commercial issues and enhance customer relationships, ensuring sustainable business with current customers and generating new business with potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales/Commercial
Lead the Advanced Sales/Commercial Development function with current and potential customers.
Serve as the commercial lead or leverage organizational resources to manage the commercial sales process.
Resolve commercial issues related to pricing, manufacturing, material control, and others to ensure sustainable business management.
Develop negotiation strategies to protect the company's profitability and/or sales.
Lead the quoting process, including Quote Process, Program Start, and Award program. Manage the Commercial Issues List and close commercial issues within committed timeframes, including supporting cash/account receivable management.
