Walmart GoLocal is a newly launched business line at Walmart that offers highly competitive local commerce solutions to retailers, brands and SMBs of all sizes. Our core mission is to transform people\'s lives by improving the proliferation of convenient local commerce services such as local delivery, especially in previously underserved rural and suburban communities.

We are already one of the top platforms in the space and looking to aggressively drive scale and we\'re looking for a Sales Strategy & Ops manager to help us continue to grow and succeed!

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations

Experience in Salesforce and Excel to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.

Collaborate closely with the sales team, translating data into strategic narratives to drive informed decisions.

Optimize sales processes, identify growth opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency.

Conduct analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior with clear action plan recommendations.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting, providing valuable insights for leadership teams.

Track record of successfully leading initiatives, achieving goals, and thriving within collaborative team environments.

Ability to quickly learn new skills, apply them independently, and think outside the box while solving diverse problems.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam\'s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
