Admiral offers: competitive wages, a full-scale benefit program including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) and retirement programs, paid leave and holidays, and much, much more!Current Admiral Beverage Employees (excluding Contractors): Please apply via your internal Workday Account.Primary Location: Salt Lake City, UtahSales Supervisor - ALC: Manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties.Sets individual sales and distribution goals, consistent with company goals, and monitors progress toward these goals.Conducts retail audits to measure in-store as and display execution.Conduct work-withs to ensure Sales personnel are fully versed in effective sales techniques, proper safety procedures, and merchandising effectiveness.Conducts one-on-one with sales personnel to further their development.Motivates, trains, develops, disciplines, and directs assigned personnel to evaluate performance for the purpose of job assignment. Develops individual plans to improve execution.Builds and maintains relationships with key customers in assigned area of responsibility.Manages assigned budgets for their teams.Works with team leaders and merchandisers to ensure company merchandising standards are executed.Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requires thorough knowledge of selling to retail accounts in a route sales system. Must have experience in delivery techniques with strong organizational and follow-up skills.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust meet company driver qualifications.COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, orgovernmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability toeffectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, customers, and the public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.REASONING SKILLSAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
