Develops individual plans to improve execution.Builds and maintains relationships with key customers in assigned area of responsibility.Manages assigned budgets for their teams.Works with team leaders and merchandisers to ensure company merchandising standards are executed.Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have experience in delivery techniques with strong organizational and follow-up skills.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust meet company driver qualifications.COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, orgovernmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
