Due to our continued growth, we are looking for professional, service minded candidates to add to our Customer Service Representative team who support our kitchen & bath showrooms and retail customers.
The Customer Service & Sales Support role is primarily responsible for the servicing of both internal and external customers regarding general inquiries, order processing and scheduling in collaboration with other departments. This position is also responsible for accurate sales order entry, purchasing and expediting of cabinets and other related items per the sales order. This position will work closely with vendors, sales staff, distribution functions (receiving/shipping) and other support departments and will provide a high level of urgency and both internal and external customer service.
