Red River Commodities processes sunflowers and select other specialty crop agricultural products to create food ingredients. Job Responsibilities:

• Customer set-up and administration.
• Contract and order management including sales, purchase, transfers.
• Provide timely updates and general customer service to international and domestic customers and agents as assigned.
• Sample facilitation.
• Log quality complaints and support sales/QA in compiling support data as needed.
• Collaboration with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Quality, Inspectors and Certifying Agents to assist with sales transactions.
• Preparation of monthly statements of account, contract balance reports, and other reports as assigned.
• Work with logistics team to coordinate shipments with ocean freight forwarders, inland trucking companies, rail for inbound and outbound shipments. Lead for boxcar management.
• Lead for export documentation. Create necessary labels and ensure proper paperwork is completed for each transaction.
• Work closely with other team members cross trained to ensure coverage for international customers.
• Monitor invoice payables and commission statements associated with export sales.

• Assist with trade program paperwork and reporting, international marketing and tradeshow planning.
• Serve as back up to Receptionist and other Food Ingredient Customer Support Administrators as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in marketing, business management, accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.
• Preference for foreign language skills \xe2\x80\x93 Conversational Spanish desired.
• Experience in agriculture, international trade, or logistics helpful.
• Strong organizational & computer skills needed.
• Excellent and professional interpersonal, written & oral communication skills required.
• Must be accurate, dependable, and able to work independently.
